Learn more about how to maximize the new 401(k) match
The Boeing 401(k) Student Loan Match
The Boeing 401(k) Student Loan Match is designed to help employees of all ages, so they don’t have to choose between paying off student loans and saving for retirement. Now they can do both – with the same dollars.
If you enroll in The Boeing 401(k) Student Loan Match, the amount you pay on your student loans will be added to any match-eligible contributions (base pay and/or incentive deferrals) you make to your Boeing 401(k). While you are enrolled there will be no per paycheck company matches to your 401(k). Instead, after the year ends Boeing will match the total of your loan payments and match-eligible contributions up to your applicable company match maximum.
If you’re already maximizing your company match, this benefit might not be right for you. You cannot receive an additional match by enrolling in the Boeing Student Loan 401(k) Match. Enrollment will open in Fall 2024. Read the Fact Sheet and FAQs.
