WHAT HAPPENED: RETIRED AND FORMER EMPLOYEES

The Boeing Company 401(k) Retirement Plan, Boeing 401(k) for short, replaced the VIP in January 2022. Fidelity is the service provider for the plan. Fidelity was selected because of the many advantages they provide, including a strong reputation and commitment to providing exceptional global customer service. Please note: Edelman Financial Engines will continue to provide Boeing 401(k) participants with retirement planning tools and advice.


What Action(s) Do Retired and Former Boeing Employees Need to Take?

No action is required and your Boeing 401(k) account, along with any pension plan benefits you’ve earned, have been transferred to Fidelity.

 

Where do I access my retirement benefits?

You can now access your account at Fidelity.

 

If you have previously registered with Fidelity.com, NetBenefits®, or eWorkplace®, you do not need to register again. Use your existing username and password to access your new account. 

 

If you have not yet registered, use these instructions to help you set up your account.
